LEAD COMMERCIAL MANAGER – ENGAGE AT PLIANZ

As Lead Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Engage. You will focus on safeguarding and expanding our existing client portfolio, acting as a key interface between clients and product management, and driving new business growth.   • As Lead Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Engage. You will focus on safeguarding and expanding our existing client portfolio, acting as a key interface between clients and product management, and driving new business growth. This role is central to PLIANZ’s continued success in serving the public sector and other industries.

  • Client Retention & Growth:

    • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing Engage clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.

    • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.

    • Mitigate potential risks to client satisfaction and retention.

    Product Development Insight:

    • Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, providing actionable insights to the product team to enhance Engage’s functionality.

    • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation.

    • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the Engage platform evolves in line with client needs and market demands.

    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, focusing on expanding Engage’s presence in the public sector and beyond.

    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.

    • Build and deliver tailored pitches that demonstrate Engage’s value to potential clients.

    • Strategic Vision: Ability to align commercial strategies with company objectives and sector trends.

    • Customer-Centric Approach: A proven track record of managing and expanding client relationships.

    • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in transforming client feedback into actionable business and product development strategies.

    • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly product and development teams.

    • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue targets and business goals.

    • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial or account management role, preferably within SaaS, technology, or public sector-focused organizations.

    • Strong understanding of public sector operations and challenges, with experience addressing these through SaaS solutions.

    • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
