SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
As a Service Delivery Manager at Plianz, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of CasparLaw to our clients. Your responsibilities will span from pre-contract engagement to the full implementation and integration of our software within the client’s existing systems. You will ensure that CasparLaw meets the specific needs of each client, particularly focusing on legal practices, including those managing deputyships within the Court of Protection framework.

As a Service Delivery Manager at Plianz, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of CasparLaw to our clients. Your responsibilities will span from pre-contract engagement to the full implementation and integration of our software within the client’s existing systems. You will ensure that CasparLaw meets the specific needs of each client, particularly focusing on legal practices, including those managing deputyships within the Court of Protection framework.
Pre-Contract Engagement:

Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to scope the service offerings and assist in closing sales.

Attend pre-signing meetings to understand the client’s specific requirements and existing infrastructure.
Service Implementation:

Conduct kick-off and scoping meetings post-contract signing.

Manage the production of a solution, design including technical and data aspects and outline the integration of CasparLaw with other practice management systems.

Oversee the configuration of CasparLaw, ensuring it aligns with the client's operational processes.

Facilitate the collation, extraction, manipulation and migration of data from the client's existing systems, including financial data from various sources.
Project Management:

Plan and manage a 6-10 week project timeline for the deployment of CasparLaw.

Coordinate with various client and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Post-Implementation Support:

Ensure a smooth transition from the client’s existing systems to CasparLaw.

Organise training and support to client staff as needed.

Maintain ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support any future needs or adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or another related field.

Experience: a minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in project management, IT, or both.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation techniques.

Strong knowledge of business and process analysis.

Familiarity with legal practice IT systems and practice management software.

Experience with Word, Excel, XML, CSV, and Python is desirable.

Understanding of the Court of Protection and deputyship processes.
